MX : NEW BOS REAR SHOCK

Mainly present in the car motor sport scene, Bos Engineering was less involved in motorbike racing, since the company stopped its tuning activities, to get exclusively focused on its own dampers production.

Nevertheless, you can't forget your roots, and our heart always kept beating for motocross.
Therefore, after the twin tube technology SBR 5, launched in 2005 for speed bikes (tenth of the 250 World Championship for its first season), Bos presents today the new CR-X damper, whom mission is to improve the kid's 85cc motocross bikes.

The result of a long experience
This shock benefits from the long experience of Bos, in terms of monotube hydraulic dampers, in such different categories like rallye raid, WRC or even downhill MTB.
High quality manufacture, reliability, steady function, efficient settings... are the words that remain frequently, while speaking about Bos dampers. Their racing results give the glittering proof of what has to be definitly considered as a matter of fact.

So, for its return on the MX scene, Bos decided to use all its know how to create its new 85 cc dampers.

The CR-X damper is fully made from CNC machine and anodised aluminum (except the rod - chome and polished steel)It features three ways of setting : rebound, low compression and high compression. It is also entirely dismountable, and rebuiltable. The standard settings are developped specifically for each bike, and can be fully adjusted internally.

The CR-X is yet available for KX, YZ et RM, at 900 euros, public price.

A future version for bigger bikes will be launched later on, but you can already consult Bos-Engineering for any specific demand.
