After three victories in a rough in the Rallye Dakar, Bos launches its new dampers for 4WD vehicles, regular or prototypes - trekking or racing.

Bos dampers entered three times the Rallye Dakar, and won three times. You could easily object that, as an official supplier of the Mitsubishi factory team, it sounds logical. On the other hand, you don't become such a partner of the most successfull rallye raid team, which continue to trust you season after season, by azard. In the "Dakar", but also in many races entered by the Pajero during the last three years, Bos dampers have always proved their reliability as well as their high level of performance. You can now benefit from those qualities with Bos's new 4WD dampers : Toyota HDJ 100 Evo 2 or 3, and prototype's TT07.

EVO 2&3 (Toyota HDJ 100)
These dampers have been tested during a raid in Morocco by the Egal 16 team, and have poved their qualities. The full kit is composed of four monotube hydraulic dampers, featuring reservoir on flexible hose, and two ways adjustable (compression and rebound). The standard setting (internal hydraulic adjustment) has been specificaly concieved for the HDJ 100, and the outside knobs offer a wide range of adjustment, according to the track conditions.
BOS Evo 2 dampers are mainly designed for a leasure / raid / trekking use.

For racing (rallye raid), the Evo 3 version is also available, featuring three ways of adjustment (hi and low comp. + rebound) and a different internal setting.

TT-07
The TT07 features the best of Bos Engineering's technology in terms of hydraulic - monotube - dampers. Its specifications come directly from the factory shock absorbers titled in JWRC and / or rallye raid. dérivé des amortisseurs usine déjà titrés en rallye raid comme en JWRC. The quality of the manufacture is outstanding : cylinder, reservoir, head, foot are made of machined and anodized aluminum, with a steel chrome polished rod. The standard version features a piggy back head, but a flexible hose mount is available as an option.
Very high performing dampers, the TT07 also offers the best in terms of function : three ways adjustment system (hi and low comp + rebound), hydraulic bump stop, and an hydraulic rebound stop as an option !
Pure racing shock absorber, the TT07 is intented for prototypes (4X4 or buggy), for rallye raid and other TT races. That is how Bos provides a real factory service to privateers : sizing on request and specific settings, developped according to the vehicle and the use intented.
